Tenants Portal Instructions
Please see below for instructions on getting access to, or setting up access to, our tenant web portal, the TWA – Tenant Web Access. To set up your online account, please email us at birmingham@monzacompaies.com. with your email address that you would like to keep on file with our office. You will receive an email back with your account number. Click the ‘Current Tenants’ button and follow the steps below:
On the login screen, click sign up
Enter your account number
Enter your email address
Click sign up
You will receive a verification email
Click on the link in the email and set up your account
Create a unique Username and Password
Confirm the Password
You are all set!
You have the option to make a payment online from your checking or savings account with no convenience fee or by credit card for a 3.5% + $2.95 convenience fee.
